An Embarrassment of Parts

A lot of parts went into the project. I only realised just how many when the case was nearly finished, and taken apart for final polishing. I guess the three or four hours it took to disassemble should have given me a clue! I gathered a few interesting images as a result.

More than a few cardboard models were made during the build. These all turned in to metal parts later.

More than 900 fasteners were required to hold it together.
